Turmeric Whipped Body Butter

There is a 1O day return policy, meaning you have 10 days after receiving your items to request a return. No returns after 10 days of purchase. 

To return your items, items must be in same condition as received. unused and in original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase; such as the receipt or order number. 

To begin a return, contact jovonscandlesnwax@gmail.com. Once the return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send the items.

All orders of handmade soy candles, wax melts and body butters are  processed within 1-5 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded). After completing your order a confirmation email will sent, provided that a email was entered during check out. Another email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped. 

Jovon's Candles N Wax is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages once the package has been shipped via USPS or UPS. If experiencing any delays or lost packages please contact USPS or UPS and provide them the tracking number. 

To receive replacement on any lost packages a claim must be made with USPS or UPS, then contact us with that information and we will replace the packages. USPS or UPS must be contacted first.
