SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping Policy
All orders are handmade and processed within 1-5 business days (weekends and holidays are excluded). After completing your order a confirmation email will be sent, provided that an email was entered during check out. Another email with a tracking number will be sent once your order has been shipped.
Jovon's Candles N Wax is not responsible for any shipping delays or lost packages once the package has been shipped. If experiencing any delays or lost packages please contact shipping carrier and provide them the tracking number.

To receive replacement on any lost packages a claim must be made with the corresponding carrier, then contact us with that information and we will replace the package. Carrier must be contacted first.

Shipping cost are subject to change with out notice.
Return & Exchange Policy
There is a 5 day return policy, meaning you have 5 days after receiving your items to request a return. Please check items as soon as delivered. No returns after 5 days of purchase.

There are NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS on products that become damaged due to customer neglect. (ex. sleeping while candle is burning, burning lower then recommended level, or burning all candle wax from candle which could cause damage or injury to person or area where candle is located.)

To return your items, items must be in same condition as received. unused and in original packaging. You will also need proof of purchase, such as the receipt or order number.

To begin a return, contact jovonscandlesnwax@gmail.com. Once the return is accepted, you will be sent a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how to send the items.

Upon receiving your order, inspect and make sure all items are not damaged, or defective, if there are damages contact us immediately so that we can access the situation. DO NOT USE DAMAGED ITEMS.
Once your return is accepted and received, a refund will be made on the original price of the order to the payment method you used.

There are no refunds on return inquires made after 5 days of receiving order. If you received your order and did not open it right away the 5 days still apply to when you received it.
